There you can do everything from camping with the Bedouins, ride camels, repelling, biking, rock climbing, star gazing, spot wildlife, hiking, ATV’ing, and SAND BOARDING in the dunes!
I have always preferred the sun over the snow, so naturally, Israel has always been one of favorites. When the opportunity presented to Sand Board while we were in the desert, I was all in! Think of snowboarding on sand but in a bikini or tank top and without all the heavy equipment. It doesn’t take much training and all ages from 2-100 can enjoy sliding down the Sand Dunes in various ways – on your back, on your butt, upside down, standing, face forward, any way you desire really. Just try not to swallow too much sand as you’re laughing all the way down!
